Thought this could be fun...And even more to re-visit the post a year from now to see how we have all progressed...I'll get it rolling...

3 things I really want to work on this year...

1. Find a programmer to put all my ideas into motion. I think this will really help grow ILH even more and give the members something very unique and special within the TE industry.

2. Create a customer service environment that gets better each and every day. I want to create lifelong customers and be the best possible advertising exchange ILH can be.

3. And finally, continue the wonderful JV of the Super Surf. This thing has just touched the tip of the ice berg and I can't wait to see what we'll come up with next with it. This will continue to add hundreds of members a week to ILH and I'm shooting to hit over 120,000 members by the end of 2009.

Great idea Jon,

My first priority is to find some good hands to leave carnivalclicks in so I can concentrate all my efforts on MTP, so that being said these others are for MTP

1. Absolutely agree with Jon, programmer is needed. Hopefully we will be blessed with a new script fairly early within the year, and than I do have a large list of things I woulds like to implement

2. Build better two way communications with the members, sometimes it feels like I am speaking to the members but they are not speaking back and I would like to have much more open communication with all members.

3. promote , promote, promote

4 have MTP listed within the top 10 of all TE rankers and within the top 5 of at least half of them.

I got 8500 in the first year of blue-surf. I want double that in 09.. so that makes 17,000 new members in 09 for a total of 25,500.

Oh... I love these post and have been doing them over at another forum the last 2 years.
Doing it helped me to achieve 80% of my goals which are always set very high :-)

Alright, here are my goals for 2009:

1.) I'll setup several "feeder programs" to raise the daily signups at Traffic Witch.. my
goal is to get constantly more than 100 signups every day.

2.) That leads me to the goal of reaching 30.000 members by the first year anniversary
of Traffic Witch.

3.) My last goal is to meet at least 5 of you in person on a seminar or meeting in 2009

Super good idea Jon. :D

1. Implementing new features for my exchange.

2. Advertise and Promote.

3. Well, I'm shooting for at least 2500 members by the end of the year.
Hopefully more. :D

4. Drink less beer.

Oops, I guess that last one is not TE related.

Yes the right programmer makes a lot of difference. It took me a long time to find mine, and it is wonderful to see my new Internet marketing product ideas come alive in the hands of a great programmer.

Oh, I like this post a lot Jon!

Here is my list:

1. Sell HelpHits to the highest bidder.

2. Attain 10,000+ members at Major League Hits.

3. Start another non-traffic exchange program.

4. Shake Jon Olson's hand in person.

5. Maintain MLH in the top 10 at Traffic Hoopla, Traffic Exchange List, Top Traffic Exchanges, and Affiliate Funnel.

P.S. Anyone heard where the next Focus Marketing Seminar is?

Mike

1) Setup a proper auto responder (I've got email lists but no auto follow up emails in them)

2) Double number of daily new members (from 60 to 120)

3) Improve the customer experience (less problems, better tutorials)

4) Double income (which won't be hard if #2 is accomplished =P)

Here is mine:

1. Launch ScreenSwarm.com in January

2. Launch two more membership web sites in 2009

3. This will give me 5 membership web sites in total - the goal is to build them all up (other 4) to the level of FreeTrafficBar.com for income.

Hey Garland,

Will ScreenSwarm be like ScreenBlaze or is it a secret?

Just curious, I'll understand if the cat needs to stay in the bag for now.

Hi Mike,

Yes, it will be like ScreenBlaze, but with more features. One of the things that frustrates me with ScreenBlaze is that I have a huge downline and over 4 million credits but I am only allowed one url. So my credits keep building each month and I can't use them. In spite of this, ScreenBlaze is an excellent source of signups and sales for me so imagine how well it would work if I could actually use all my credits! :)

I expect to launch in January - the system works already, but we are still in beta testing.

You can view the rough draft of the sales page here:
http://screenswarm.com/go/beta

If you are interested in partnering with me and testing the system, you can access the JV signup form here:
http://screenswarm.com/go/jv.html

It is important that you DO NOT send people to us to sign up yet, as we are still beta testing. At this time, we are just letting our partners in to get accustomed to the system and to help us find the bugs.

Well I have already launched my new surf bar on 1-1-2009....Hurray!

1)Get better results for my members
2)Finish my book and hope it is successful
3)Watch my exchange grow by leaps and bounds by stealing Jon Olson's members...Just kidding Jon!...lol
4)Stay humble and learn from past mistakes.

I want to thank you all for your help in 2008. Especially you Robert Puddy and Jon Olson. We went toe to toe with each other, and in spite of my horrible insults you both still helped me. I did not deserve the advice I received yet you provided it anyway. I am sorry for that and grateful at the same time. Thanks again!
