Hi folks

I've not got enough time to work these sites properly, but as I know they work I'm looking to pay someone to do an hour every second day clicking for credits and mailing out my adverts.

I will have all the links prepared with my hitsconnect tracker, and I will make a couple of camtasia screen shots to show what I expect, and what you I look for when I click for credits.

Anyone wanting more details please send me a pm.

Wonder, do you pay people to surf for you in traffic exchanges?

Not yet Tony, but once I get my tracking all in place I will be.

When I see good results I'll upgrade and start testing some others.

By getting someone to do the grunt work and tell me of anyone who's actually using the TE's /safelists properly and branding themselves, then I'll be able to make the contacts and actually grow my business rather than just working in it.

Oh, and the safeslists are working well, the list is growing and the sales funnel is making sales, so not only will I be paying you, but you'll be learning my profitable system.

how about listing all the safelists and TEs you belong so it doesn't take owners much time to delete your accounts

Wow Andrew, are you sure that's your final answer? Think real hard about what you just said before responding.

I really don't see what is wrong with hiring someone to do the grunt work of surfing / clicking the credit links for me, and then using the data to decide which sites are worth upgrading in.

I spend about 2 hours yesterday clicking and > 99% of the sites were crap, I saw 1 good example of a squeeze page, but it was for a niche I'm not interested in (a self help interview with Frank Kern). I would ask whoever I hire to keep a record of any sites where someone was acutally promoting a good squeeze page and building a list (not promoting affiliate pages) as they are the sort of people who I would like to JV with, so it's not like I'm trying to cheat, just save my time.

Well on safelists it's not really a problem... Mike Filsaime
has paid people to post for him for years, there's
really no problem there.

If you buy the credits or earn them from downlines
that is - having drones click for you is not kosher.

Guess the TE version would be.

It's ok to pay someone to manage your accounts,
assign credits, change sites, buy credits whatever.

But not ok to have them surf for you.

My view on it anyway.

Hi Andrew

Think about this for a moment. Traffic Exchanges and Safelist are/were built with this in mind. You view my site and I'll view your site. Now what if everyone like you went out and hired people to click for you. How long do you think it would take for traffic exchanges and safelists to join the graveyard of other failed advertising venues like FAAs.

If everyone follows your lead, we might as well put all of our advertising in AutoSurfs and sit around waiting for the money to roll in.

You ought to read some of the TOS of TEs what you want to do is cause for deleting your account.

My take based on 10 years of experience

The problem is it's not REAL exposures, it's just wasting other users credits when they aren't earned properly.
I agree with Soren, If it's just managing the accounts then owners won't mind.. but when it comes to actually viewing
ads - and they aren't real views then its a problem. (Paying someone to view is not real because they may have no
interest in the ads at all - they are just working for you)

This is a debate that has been going on for years. I remember Jeff from Webmaster Quest was on a small mission to rid the net of this practice.

I don't agree with it.

But I am not naive enough to say it doesn't happen.

Treat everyone like you want to be treated, that's my opinion on it.

Soren

I have 3 kids, a wedding to plan, and a full time day job that means if I spent my time surfing I wouldn't have any of this, so I'm afraid that for me it's impossible to find enough time.

What I've found is that the people who have the time to surf don't get results as they promote the wrong things, and then leave the industry thinking "what a waste of time that was those things don't work!"

Since I started out 6 years ago I've always told people that TE's & safelist work, so I see this a chance to teach somehow how to run campaigns so the more people supporting this industry the better it will become.

For example listjoe gave me some good results, so I clicked all the links in my contact email to get the maximum return on my time. The only good page was from Tony who was giving away the Pizza Plan, and I would expect that whoever I hire would be telling me info like this.

If I was talking about outsourcing to a cheap labour source where all they did was click then I can totally see your point, but I want to take action on something that Russell Brunson talks about, and stop juggling all the plates before they start to fall.

If you seem to think that you know how to use safelists and TE's correctly and make a profit from them but just don't have the time to surf, why not just purchase credits and upgrades?

Seems like a no brainer.

You claim to have this great system in place, but you want to pay someone to surf rather than just purchase credits? Credits are pretty damn cheap....so unless you're planning on paying someone about 50 cents an hour to surf for you, your system is NOT working.

And don't give me this bullshit about someone you pay to surf is going to 'make a list' of sites you should visit. Thats just ridiculous and you know it.
