I will probably catch much crap on this one, but....

I had heard that Nathy Curiel had bought Traffic Soldiers....was awaiting an announcement...no announcement.

See his picture etc in the Traffic Soldiers members area...was awaiting an email announcing the change over...no email.

I see this statement in the members area....'If you have any questions or support issues Please contact XXXXXX, our site administrator with any issues,She will resolve them quickly.' Translation I will be an absentee owner and have no time for customer support or contact with members.

His EarthHits was launched with lots of publicity and then nothing....no ads....no emails to membership....nothing. Has not even made a posting on his EarthHits in NMF since Aug 10.

I do believe if I had bought an established traffic exchange, the whole world would have heard about it.

Good Luck Nathy....in my opinion not a very good start.

Geeeezzzz.........

Cheers!

Wow! I agree with you, Tony. That would have been huge!!!!

Now, where did you hear this and when did this happen? lol. I had not heard but yes, I see his photo in the member area.

Perhaps, if this happened recently, they just haven't done it yet. Or waiting for the right moment.....

Yes, this IS huge!!!!! :D

Maybe if you were patient you would see an announcement....

Maybe the sale isn't completely finalized....

Maybe Nathy is trying to get things in order....

Maybe he's waiting until the new year to make the announcement....

I would be patient and I bet you see an announcement soon.

Pat

The reason why I haven't send a announcement yet , because we have problems with the IPN set up.
Simon is working on it now. We didn't expect it this problem.

I want to send a message out when it's finished. And all paypal buttons are ready.

Also I had resolved some international VAT issues with the dutch IRS. That's the reason why everything slowed down.
I had some programmers look at it and see how we can resolved this problem for EH and TS.

A lot things to take care off when you want to do it legally and not as a hobby. The law is grey on online business in our country. So I had to hire a tax specialist to see how to adjust the script so we can see which countries all payments come from. And if it was accepted by the IRS. I have been busy with this for awhile and it's was sometimes frustated.

Now we found a solution for this problem and it's intergeted in EH and TS.
Why I hire Cat as admin to help me with my TE's has a reason also. I am a financial troubelshooter in the offline world. It's sometime a demanding job as specially when you work for yourself. This is how I can offered buying a site like trafficsoldier.
I am planning to stop working offline in 2008.
And I also most forget to mention that I had some serious personal crisis to take care off....

So sometime there is a reason why things happen, Tony.

Thanks for the reply!

But do not forget to stop by once in awhile and add your name to an email or even post something about EH in NMF...nothing since August. It will soon be apparent if all we see is Cat's name and nothing from you.

Cheers!

Ho Nathy you made an INC or something similar to it and if one has it just as business IRS is treating it entirely different. I've been talking with another Dutch owner who isn't an INC and he's got nothing to do with VAT's fortunately.

My "big" bro is working at the IRS (just below the big big big boss) and I explained him my business and because I spent 80% or so back into the business I so far have nothing to do with the Tax (IRS) yet just have to make sure I write everything down so when the time comes I can show them all the data.

What I wanted to say because you are an "INC" the rules are different from being just someone who's working online and has a site.

Also want to say ... good luck with TS and ofcourse EH

LOL I think since it so unknown in the Netherlands each department and I fall under Alkmaar, the rules might be different too.

One reason I feel comfortable is that I trust the advise my big bro gave to me he's a very smart guy and knows a lot about IRS (must be otherwise you don't get that job) and if he's says I am fine I trust him.

I am sorry I upset you, I have no intention to become an INC and I am told the rules are different, it might be so that by the time I have to bring over the data that also for a person that owns a site and isn't an INC needs to pay VAT just know so far it hasn't been the case.

I am sorry Nathy you're upset by my post, didn't mean to hurt you.

I am not upset

Believe I am not..
I was the only way to invest my money of my offline business into my online business before paying tax.
And you know how high dutch taxes are ... :D

Yes I know. (high tax)

Thought you were mad, since you said thank you and that didn't make sense since you have arranged everything, not sure once you're an INC you can change it back? Nor do I think you have that intention hence the remark sounded as you well thank you so much (sarcastic) and furthermore because it is very uncommon to earn money online having a business online one needs to go to their department where yours is Rotterdam mine is Alkmaar rules though they ought to be the same might not be since it's something entirely new to them they have to figure it all out and may come up with different things. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the case. Just know no VAT for no INCs and since we just IMed I know you know it too :) whether it stays that way? Dunno.

Glad you're not upset :D

I know perhaps this isn't the most proper place to ask this question ... but since my 6 correspondences since last June/July have gone unanswered ... I'll ask it here ...

I won $10 in a surfing contest back in June on Traffic Soldiers. About 30 days later, I cashed out. After a 32 day wait and not getting paid, I requested again thinking the first time didn't go through. After another 30 day wait ... I emailed (via site and manually emailing) 3 times over the next few months. I even sent Pat a PM here on the forum. All went unanswered.

All info in my Traffic Soldiers account (PayPal email also) was correct (I checked many times).

Any idea why I was never paid and if the new ownership means I'll never get paid? I know it's only $10 .. but still ... it's something I won.

Thanks,

Barb - I see your post here, and I will check into it today. I usually immediately forward cashhout requests when I receive them. I will have to go back and sort through my email to find yours and make absolutely certain that I did that.

And yes, we will be sending out an announcement as soon as all the particulars are sorted out. We want to make sure that all is good to go. It will not be much longer.

Pat - you will be missed at TS, but I am very confident that you have turned it over to someone who will care for it and help it grow. I have already had the honor of working with Nathy firsthand, and he's a terrific person. I look forward to many years of association with him on TS and other projects.
