Welcome to the newest issue of Hit Exchange News!

Time to have fun! This week's issue has a little bit of a twist to it. The H.E.N.'s Quirkiest Awards will be featured in this issue. What is it you may ask? It's a little bit of this and a little bit of that...Some good exchanges, some different exchanges and some questionable exchanges, all rolled into a brand new feature because...We need it!

Folks, ask anyone who has clicked for a week or more and they'll tell you...Wow, this can be boring! It's part of our daily advertising duties and sometimes it can drag on...Heck I'm still having dreams of 'Click Green to Continue' and 'Next Site'. I love hit exchanges and fully beleive that they are the best value for online promoting. So instead of being ho-hum about it, let's have some fun!

This week's issue of Hit Exchange News is dedicated to you, the surfer who has clicked for hours upon hours. Searching for that almighty referral, and just ONCE...All you want to see in your inbox is 'Notification of Payment Received' and gaze upon the splendor of your PayPal account increasing! Yes, it's for the late night coffee runs to the kitchen, clicking your counter top in anticipation of the next click...I mean cup...of coffee! It's for you, the reason hit exchanges exist!

• A few weeks ago, I showcased a new program called AgoraClub. It was relatively new and WOW, it was packed with features. However, the good folks at AgoraClub seemed to be shooting themselves in the foot before they even get going. First on their list of 'to-do's' is to ban all OTHER hit exchanges from being promoted in their program. Hmmmm, how are you planning to get promoted? Next, they seem to be avoiding support requests at all costs. 3 e-mails, no response!

• Boy oh boy it's another 'revolution'! Following in the grand tradition of programs that continue to bash and bang traffic exchanges as being the worst things on the planet, comes Draggles.com! This 'revolutionary' program is another attempt to produce some kind of 'Fly - In' ad that comes on the screen and 'draggles' around with your mouse. Cute, but not revolutionary. The real problem is how *again* programs want to bash traffic exchanges and do so by adding some ad copy that lets the world know how ineffective hit exchanges are. Funny, I found this being promoted in a forum that deals 100% with hit exchanges.

The "Hey You've Got My Money!" Award - EZhits4U

Very interesting. I've discussed these guys before because I really LIKE this program. As one of the oldest hit exchanges, this puppy delivers! I just want a response from my emails, please. Especially when I pay them cash for some traffic and a)don't receive my hits and b) not receive any contact! Bring back the EZ Hits!

The "If I'm Bored, I Can Always Chat and Click" Award - Hit Snapper

This is so addicting! Get online, surf awhile and start chatting to complete strangers about net marketing! Ha ha, I love it! I've received almost as many referral from chatting with other surfers than I have with surfing...Shhhhh, that's a secret tip! Oh yeah, this is NOT an MSN chat room so it will be operational today.

The "Most Confusing but Intriguing" Award - WolfSurfer

I've heard great things about WolfSurfer, and I must say, the traffic is decent and gets delivered at an average speed. However, I'm not sure if this is a hit exchange or a portal to download freeware from. They have a very confusing members area at first glance, but once you start to speak 'wolf', you'll get the growl of it *grin*

The "I Don't Know What All The Hype Is About" Award - TrafficSwarm

Am I a hit exchange? Am I a text exchange? Before I get the TrafficSwarm supporters yelling and cursing me, let me explain this award. I was a member for months, received hundreds of hits, not a single sale / referral. Then a week goes by, I get 4 sales! Another month goes by, nothing! Folks, this is inconsitant and I will never understand why people think a small text ad is more effective than a full page web ad?

The "Hit?" Award - Web Biz Insider

I get an e-mail a day from this exchange and about 9 hits a month! They say 'Surf more, get more hits'...Well folks, I'm not going to surf when nothing gets delivered. And it's a shame too, WBI is a very good looking program. The members seem to love it, there's some great features and the site deisgn is very nice...Ummmm, where's the hits?

The "Wow, I'd Love an Update" Award - No More Hits

I think it was last Christmas...A stormy day in Canada when I was blessed with an update from No More Hits. One of the biggest start exchanges on the net, delivering an update every 6 months. You know what I'm wishing for next Christmas...An update from NMH and some lower prices on the purchased traffic.

• It's election time in Ontario (Canada) with that, a message from Jon..."Stop Repeat Offenders! Don't Re-Elect Them!" Hmmm...

• About a month or so ago (on a Thursday) eastern North America experienced a huge blackout...H.E.N. was delayed! Last week, Hurricane Isabel struck on Thursday...H.E.N. was delayed! Time to change release days? Hmmmm....

• A deep thought by Jon Olson...It could be worse, you could have been bitten by a mosquito caring the West Nile virus who just finished poking a bull with Mad Cow Disease in Toronto while it was be tended to by it's owner who was coughing because of SARS! It's just the end of a very LONG summer here in Toronto folks, I had to get that out of my system! Hmmmm...

There must be some meaning to the name of this hit exchange, yes it's strange, but yes, it does deliver! Purple Echos Hits Pro is a relatively new exchange that has providing it's members with some great traffic since it's launch just a few weeks ago.

What's really cool about this site is the features. It covers everything from making money with this program to detailed referral tools. I can get confusing for a newer exchange user but the plesant site design makes up for that.

PEHP uses the same script as Clickin4Hits, HitRacers and NothingButTraffic so it's reliable. Give it a look, as the owner has shown to be very supportive of her members, a trait lacking by many new exchanges these days. Plus, when it all comes down to it...It's fun to surf something called a Purple Echo =) Enjoy your surfing!
