Responsible ownership! Imagine if you had a question, or concern and needed an answer about a particular program or service. We usually try to problem solve but some of the time we need support. You have spent a few hours poking around the program, you are comfortable but just need that one little last bit of information. To make you feel that you are in the right place.

This is my beef. Why do some program owners simply refuse to answer emails? Hit exchange owners can be either the most supportive and helpful folks online while other times some owners should'nt be allowed to get a free email account at zWallet. These people are ruining the industry by a lack of customer service and a disregard for their members.

Don't send me an email, telling me about a 'Limited Time' credit sale and then keep hundreds of my credits and refuse to move them. Don't let me join, without a legitimate way of account deletion. Don't start an exchange, offer 5000 credits to start and then continue to sell thousands so you can make a few bucks. Why? How can this happen?

Want names? Magnetic Hits (please delete my account), Traffic Flare (same as Magnetic Hits), EZhits4U (I've been a member for 3 years, answer at least one email)...Those are only a few of dozens of hit exchanges that simply, do not 'get it'. If you own a program, be responsible and ANSWER your emails! It does'nt take long and you would be pleasantly surprised if your exchange became 'user friendly'...Those few bucks you make off of your traffic specials, could turn into a nice income...

• Breaking News
  Exit Cash Flow has gone bankrupt! Whether you liked this site or not, the members of ECF represented a huge chunk of the active surfers online. While these sites did drive owners wild with the constant pop up abuse, they did have very active members. They are selling their domain, paying off their members and shutting down the doors.

• Trafficology.com, the net's first 'traffic generating' newsletter, which disappeared for over a year has been bought out and will be re-released with new content very soon. The 'Nitro' Marketing company bought it from Wayne Yaeger and plan to put Trafficology back on the map. This WAS one of the best e-zines on the planet and had some very unique traffic generating ideas (putting business cards with your bill payments *lol*) and hopefully Nitro Marketing can bring it back for all it's subscribers.

• I'm always trying to get folks into the forums as it's become quite a lively place for discussion (just yesterday the CEO of StormPay stopped by for a chat) and with the forums comes Jon's favorite little tool. A poll! This week's poll is an interesting one and has to do with pop up advertising. Do you use it, do you find it useful or does it annoy you to death. Vote here and let NMF know!

Fast forward to the present and you've got Viral Visitors, the most popular program in Doug Williams' series of hit exchanges. Viral Visitors is a very interesting program. Anyone that knows Doug, knows he does things his way. Everyone starting using Crazy Browser, he told his members not to use it. Folks loved rotators, he banned them.
