Welcome to the newest issue of Hit Exchange News! It's been over two weeks since Hit Exchange News launched and I am very pleased with the results. The subscription rate continues to grow, advertising interest has really picked up and everyone seems to be enjoying the e-zine =)

One thing I wanted to talk about is customer service. How important is it in the hit exchange industry? How important is it for online business to be customer service orientated? You see folks, before I started Hit Exchange News I did my homework. A lot of these programs owner may attest to this, but I played dumb with them.

I would open a hotmail account and e-mail them each with simple problems that could have been solved by simply reading the front page of the website. I was not trying to see if these program owners had the patience to answer an obvious answered question, I wanted to see how they valued my membership.

Only a handful of these programs responsed, never mind being pleasant. I was shocked, it was obvious that as a free member of their program I was a commodity, I was just another name in the pot. What if I upgraded? What if I spent some advertising dollars with their system? Who knows, maybe I would have gotten a response?

Folks, the hit exchange industry is plagued with 'get rich quickies'...It's now, not only the members of hit exchanges looking for a quick buck or two, it's the program owners as well! Now don't get me wrong, some of these programs are absolutely a pleasure to surf, their owners treat it like a business and I have no problems dropping 10 bucks every now and then to purchase hits...I sure wish more of these owners were around...

So with that I simply ask you, where do you surf? What is your experience with customer service requests? Remember, without you, these poorly run exchanges would shut down and perhaps that is what is needed? No more cloned sites, no more people looking for a quick buck. We need quality programs from quality owners!

• ***Update***
  Last week I talked about CrazyBrowser and it's impact on the Hit Exchange industry. Well one subscriber of Hit Exchange News took it one step further and e-mailed Crazy Browser's admin team to see what their opinion was on the 'cheating features' associated with the current version of Crazy Browser. Here is their response;

  Cheat Capabilities?
  I don't know what is a "hit exchange", but what I can tell you is: CB is made for improving the users internet surfing experience, not for cheating.
  So, I won't remove any of the features.

• Customer Service? Got cash?
  A few days ago I sent in a help ticket to the good folks at Hit Pulse. I simply wanted to know why a domain I wanted to promote had been banned. Food for thought, the domain was TrackerLinks.com, one of the most reliable and dependable link tracking services around. Well, that was almost 5 days ago and still no response as to why my TrackerLink could not be included.

  To make things that much more interesting, I then purchased some traffic at HitPulse for my co-op program...Guess what....Immediate response and credits added to my account...Yet, there is no signs of a response to my previous concern?

• The Evolution of the Hit Exchange
  WebmasterQuest continues to provide it's members with innovative and smart features to get the most traffic to your site. They have just launched a new service called 'LinksPage', which is a very nice feature to help you advertise not only your WMQ referral link, but any or all of your business opportunities. • TrafficGoesMLM has sucker punched the exchange industry! You know what I'm talking about, you must have seen the websites. "Surfing these exchanges are a waste of time...blah blah blah..." Here's a newsflash TrafficGoesMLMr's, if these programs are such a waste of time, why are you promoting your program in them? Folks, hit exchanges are an amazing tool! When used correctly, hit exchange advertising can be the most powerful form of online advertising. What do you think?
